After we receive customer’s order, we will promptly build up a working group and start to work as below:
Step 1 Project Analysis
A project manager is responsible for analyzing professional
translation data deeply according to customer’s detail requirements and resources which we need
during the translation.
Step 2 Selection of Translators
The first we will select
suitable translators according to customer’s requirements including language
species, industry distribution, professional feature and others, then we will
exchange with the project manager/experts about this project so that we can
finally build up a translation group.
Step 3 Translation
• The translation group collects special terms (index HD translation
language species and special terms storage) in accordance with GB/T19363.1-2003
national
standards combining with internal quality control standards of the company.
• We can select translators to work after we confirm applying background and
speciality of the project, uniform translation format and language style.
• The
project manager audits and examines once again and works it out.
